Introduction

Blanka is a business performance improvement professional with the purpose of help sales operations and service organizations become more productive. She partners with customer facing organizations supporting their unique set of challenges to provide excellent service meeting customer demand on time and with superior quality. Blanka uses a data-driven approach, takes into consideration the internal company culture and helps translating organizational goals into practical solutions.

Blanka has started her career with GE in customer services, later moving into process improvement and quality roles where she successfully applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to multiple projects. Her specialties include end-to-end organizational transformations, process integrations and new system implementations. Besides her process work she has also led internal and external teams in customer service and sales operations. Blanka has extensive experience in developing talent, coaching and mentoring leaders as well as aspiring Six Sigma professionals. She brings 15 years of hands-on experience in operational, project management and continuous improvement roles. Blanka is passionate about cloud technology and the productivity opportunity its` features can bring to the commercial space. Blanka has successfully integrated and automated business processes both in SAP ERP and CRM systems.

Blanka holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics in Tourism and Hotel Management from Kodolanyi Janos University of Applied Sciences specializing in environmental friendly, sustainable tourism. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from General Electric. Blanka is Salesforce and SAP certified.
